Your session begins with a brief consultation to discuss your goals, areas of tension, and any health considerations. You’ll be guided through the process so you feel comfortable and supported from start to finish.

Services may include Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, sculpting/contouring, barefoot ashiatsu, stretch therapy, and relaxation-focused sessions. Each treatment is customized to your needs.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any intake forms, use the restroom, and settle in before your session begins.

You only undress to your comfort level. You will always be properly draped, and only the area being worked on is exposed. Your comfort and safety are the priority.

Some therapeutic pressure may feel intense, but it should never feel painful. Communication is encouraged throughout your session so pressure can be adjusted at any time.

For optimal results:

• Drink 1 gallon of water per day for one week leading up to your appointment
